About Paul Wasser

A C-level executive with more than two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Paul Wasser serves as the president and CEO of Healthcare Operations & Advisory Services of New York. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive healthcare administration experience to work throughout numerous healthcare sectors, including therapy practices and acute care, and deploy operational planning. During this time, he worked with the Dominican Sisters and Dominican Village Board of Directors to establish long-range goals and plans. During his tenure at Dominican Village, he was the catalyst in the company receiving nine awards in five years. These accolades spanned from quality achievement, to workforce and resident satisfaction. He served as a role model for all staff employed by the organization and oversaw operations in cardiology, nursing, internal medicine, and other medical areas. Mr. Wasser also increased revenue and occupancy at the organization by 35 percent and 36 percent, respectively.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Wasser held such positions as rehabilitation therapist and clinical instructor at St. Johnland Nursing Center and associate director of rehabilitation of the Orthopedics Associates of Manhasset. He also holds an MBA in healthcare management from Dowling College and a bachelor’s in health administration from St. Joseph’s College to complement his hands-on experience.
